Heterometrus are great beginners Scorpions for people who want try something other than an Emperor Scorpion. They are generally bullet proof.
 
They need a simple terrestrial set up with multiple hides, can live happily on coco fibre but usually enjoy a corner with Live moss kept moist.
Feeding wise, is best to go with morio’s, larger mealworms or Large/XL crickets.
